Due to the handcrafted nature of many items and the exclusive nature of One-of-One and limited edition pieces, slight variations may occur. Each piece is intentionally unique.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. R. Jenkins Design reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory discrepancies.
Payment must be received in full at the time of order. Major credit cards and other secure digital payment methods are available. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary and are outlined during checkout. All artwork and merchandise are packaged with care to preserve their integrity. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided.
Due to the exclusive nature of our products—many of which are One-of-One, hand-touched, or custom—all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not offered unless the item arrives damaged. If damaged, please contact R.Jenkins within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
R. Jenkins Design is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product or service provided.
